Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience or certification is required. You will receive paid training through the DANB partnership and work toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while helping patients in your community.

Salary is $18–$21 per hour, with full-time status and flexible scheduling by location. Training covers radiology and safety certification, with benefits and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Radiology certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to relate to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.

• Salary: $18 - $21 / hour
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
