Job summary

Aspen Dental in Madison, WI is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinicians during procedures, prepare operatory spaces, assist with charting, and help maintain a clean, safe workflow.

This role offers paid training to obtain radiology and safety certifications through DANB, flexible scheduling, paid time off, health and vision benefits, and a path to CDA certification with company support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
