Job summary

Aspen Dental in Indiana is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinical staff and patients across procedures. You will be trained to become radiology and safety certified through our DANB partnership, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth.

You will assist during treatments, prep and breakdown operatory, manage infection control, support patient charting, and perform office tasks as needed, contributing to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Radiology certification must be obtained within the state's required timeframe.
• Safety certification must be obtained within the state's required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Salary: $15 - $17 / hour
