Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Charlottesville, VA. This role offers world-class training, flexible scheduling, and a generous benefits package to help you thrive in your career.

You will assist during procedures, prepare operatory, maintain infection control, and support patient charting while collaborating with the dental team. A high school diploma and radiology/safety certification within the required timeframe are required, with ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within the state's required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Salary: $20 - $24 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time
