Job summary

University Modern Dentistry in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver excellent patient care. You will assist the dentist, operate radiographs, maintain a clean and sterile operatory, and help create a welcoming environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable under the direction of the dentist; complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in line with ADA guidelines while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
