Job summary

Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant who loves working with kids and teens. You will assist clinicians, help create a fun, low-stress visit, and support families throughout procedures.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience (or willingness to train), X-Ray and CDA/RDA/EFDA/EDDA certification (or equivalent), and familiarity with dental software like Denticon or iTero. This is a full-time, on-site position with a kid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• X-Ray, CDA, RDA, EFDA, or EDDA certification or equivalent required.
• Experience with Denticon software or iTero scanners is a plus.
• Graduation from a dental assisting school is a plus.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).
• State licensure/certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Assisting caregivers and doctors in providing top-notch care.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each patient.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
