Job summary

Pacific Smiles Group is seeking experienced Dental Assistants for casual roles at our Drysdale and Ocean Grove centres. Our modern practices include up to 4 chairs and deliver a wide range of dental treatments. You’ll work alongside friendly, supportive teams committed to patient care excellence.

Must be available Monday–Saturday, with flexibility to support shifts across Drysdale, Ocean Grove and neighbouring centres. Weekend work on a rotational basis with penalty rates applies.

Qualifications

• Previous Dental Assistant experience across chair‑side, sterilisation and/or reception is essential.
• Experience with implants and complex procedures highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols.
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards.
