Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Dental Assistant at Liberty Correctional Institution in Bristol, Florida. The role involves assisting in chairside dentistry under the supervision of the Dentist and/or Dental Hygienist within a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a technical school program in dental assisting or 12 months of experience as a Dental Assistant required.
• Certified Dental Assistant license and/or Expanded Dental Assistant Certificate or ability to obtain one within first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments.
• Set up and maintain the dental operatory.
• Operate radiographic equipment.
