Job summary

Salud Family Health Center is seeking a Dental Assistant to support the Dental Director, Dentists, and Hygienists in patient care, reception, chairside assisting, inventory, and records. You will help prepare treatment rooms, manage schedules, and assist with patient interactions during procedures.

The position offers a starting wage of $21–$26.50 per hour, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid holidays, vacation

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent is required.
• Must be radiology certified through a state-approved radiology program.
• Successful completion of Salud Family Health Center Ladder’s program is required.
• Successful achievement of the Registered Dental Assistant Program certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dental Director, Dentists, and Dental Hygienists in patient care.
• Perform reception, chairside assisting, inventory, and record-keeping duties.
• Prepare treatment rooms and schedule, interact with patients before, during, and after procedures.
