Job summary

University Dental in Norman, OK is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists by preparing patients and equipment for procedures and assisting during examinations and treatments. Under supervision, you will perform clinical tasks to ensure safe, efficient care and a positive patient experience.

You will work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no evenings or weekends, enjoying a healthy work-life balance and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience preferred.
• Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for clinical procedures.
• Assist dentists during examinations and treatments.
• Support the dental team to ensure efficient, safe, and comfortable care.
