Job summary

Greater Portland Health in Portland, ME seeks a Dental Assistant to support the Dental Team with clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth patient flow. This role is onsite, part-time 32 hours or full-time 40 hours per week.

Salary range is $22.00–$28.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, life and disability insurance, retirement match, generous PTO and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 English is required.
• BLS certification is required or within 6 months of hire.
• Fitness for Duty – Self Reporting Statement is required at time of hire.
• Mandated Reporter Certification within 6 months of hire is required.
• Experience in a dental office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to the Dental Team to ensure a seamless flow of patient care.
• Work onsite on a consistent schedule.
