Job summary

Stonehaven Dental in South Jordan, Utah is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to support the dentist during patient care. You will prepare treatment rooms, sterilize and pass instruments, and help chart clinical notes.

This full-time, on-site role offers competitive benefits after 60 days, ongoing training, and a collaborative team that values clear communication and compassionate patient service.

Qualifications

• CPR/X-ray certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology and equipment.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room for patients.
• Sterilize instruments and assist the dentist by delivering instruments and positioning them for access.
• Complete clinical notes before dismissing patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the treatment room for patients
• Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for the dentist's access, suctioning, and passing instruments.
• Completes Clinical notes before dismissing patients

Qualifications

• CPR/X-ray certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
