Noble Community Clinics in Manitowoc, WI seeks a dedicated Dental Assistant to enhance the efficiency of the dental office and create a welcoming patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience or a completed Dental Assistant program, strong communication skills, and a passion for community health.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience as Dental Assistant desired.
• Graduation from a Dental Assistant training program; substitutions possible with extra training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support dentist and patients with a variety of tasks.
• Assist with patient preparation, comfort, and procedure explanations.
• Provide clinical support during procedures: instruments, suction, materials.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling and patient records.
• Ensure instruments are sterilized and operatory area is clean.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Expose and develop dental x-rays and maintain equipment.

About the Role

As a dental assistant, you will enhance the efficiency of the dental office as well as provide a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming environment creating a positive experience for patients.

What You’ll Do

• Support both the dentist and patients with a variety of tasks.


• Assist with patient preparation, providing comfort and explaining procedures.


• Offer clinical support during dental procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and managing dental materials.


• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.


• Ensure instruments are property sterilized, and that the treatment area is clean and organized.


• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post treatment care.


• Expose and develop diagnostic dental x-rays and perform routing maintenance and cleaning of dental operatory equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• A minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Dental Assistant is desired.


• Graduation from a Dental Assistant training program/technical school. Additional training may substitute for required experience.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds..
