Job summary

Aegis Dental Group is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join our growing team in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will welcome patients, prepare rooms, and assist doctors using four-handed dentistry while maintaining strict infection-control standards.

Responsibilities include sterilizing instruments, keeping rooms stocked, handling lab tasks, and guiding patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred.
• X-ray certification required.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection-control procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and dental office technology.
• Dental assisting education or certification preferred.
• EFDA training/certification is a plus.
• Coronal polishing certification/experience is a plus.
