Job summary

Dental365 is seeking a friendly dental assistant to welcome patients, assist dentists, and manage radiographs and sterilization with a focus on comfort and safety. The role supports a modern practice environment focused on exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a warm smile and ensure comfort during visits.
• Assist the Dentist with a range of procedures.
• Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
• Maintain infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Prepare operatories for treatments and sanitize work areas.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene as needed.
• Perform general office tasks as required.

OUR PRACTICE:

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 7:30am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am-5:00pm
• Thursday:7:30am-5:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am-12:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Assist the Dentist through a variety of procedures
• Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
• Perform various office tasks as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Pay Range: $19/hr - $23/hr
