Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant in Hyde Park, NY. The role involves chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures, taking digital X-rays and scans, and maintaining a sterile, organized clinical environment.

Starting pay is $25.00+ per hour. Training and growth opportunities are available within this technology-driven orthodontic team committed to patient-focused care.

Formación

• Active Dental Assistant license in state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of dental experience.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Positive, coachable, eager to learn.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures.
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos and impressions.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures.
• Sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Document clinical notes accurately.

What You'll Do

Your Responsibilities Include

• Assisting chairside during orthodontic procedures
• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments
• Sterilizing instruments according to OSHA standards
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Documenting clinical notes accurately
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with laboratory procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Licensed as a Dental Assistant (state requirements apply)
• Has at least one year of dental experience
• Reliable with excellent attendance
