Job summary

Elite-Dental-Partners is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to support dentists and hygienists, educate patients, and help the office run smoothly. You’ll join a team focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and community health.

Responsibilities include chair-side support, taking X-rays, charting, treatment planning, sterilization, and patient education. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, 401k, PTO, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completion of a dental assisting program and state certification as required.
• Radiology certification required to comply with State Dental Board.
• Experience as a dental assistant preferred.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software; Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to create a great environment.

• Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists by charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-up
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment
• Take and process X-Rays
• Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
• Educate patients on the importance of their oral health and how it is best maintained

Qualifications

• Completion of a dental assisting program, certification as required by the State Dental Board
• Radiology certification required to be compliant with the State Dental Board
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with a dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members to create a great environment
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support surrounding offices
