Bayshore Dental Center in Seffner, FL is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with at least two years of experience to join our team. This full-time role involves chairside support, radiography, and patient education in a fast-paced, patient‑focused practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental assisting experience.
• X-ray certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• EFDA certification preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories according to infection control protocols.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
• Record and update patient medical histories and clinical notes accurately.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post‑operative care.
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Support front office duties including scheduling and patient communication.

Bayshore Dental is seeking a skilled and dependable Dental Assistant with at least two years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is comfortable working chairside, values efficiency, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule Monday - Thursday 9-5

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum of 2 year of dental assisting experience required
• X-ray certification (or ability to obtain per state requirements)
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• EFDA certification preferred (if applicable)
