Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in dental assisting.
• Strong communication skills with patients.
• Experience with digital X-rays and Dentrix Ascend is a plus.

• Set up operatories for treatments (fillings, crowns, root canals, oral surgery).
• Prepare and maintain clinical areas, ensuring a clean workspace.
• Seat and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Manage sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure on-time patient flow.

Position: Dental Assistant

Location: O’Fallon, Missouri

Days/Hours: Monday 8:30am-5:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-2:30pm (Rotating Schedule 4 days per week)

What we are looking for:

• Experienced Dental Assistant with 1+ years of experience.
• Highly motivated, dependable, and positive team player.
• Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental terminology with patients.
• Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service!
• Experience with digital x-rays & Dentrix Ascend Software (a plus!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Manage the doctor and hygiene schedules to ensure patients are seen on time.
• Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
