Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant in Minnesota to join a world-class DSO. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a best-in-class training program, with flexible scheduling to support your career growth.

You will assist during treatment, take x-rays, set up operatory, manage infection control, educate patients, and collaborate with the practice team to ensure patient satisfaction. A high school diploma and active license (including x-ray certification if required) are

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitors patient flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Complete denture relines and manufacture temporary crowns.
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification if required
