Job summary

Anchor Endodontics in Puyallup, WA is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our endodontic team. You will support the doctor with procedures, take digital radiographs, and help maintain smooth patient flow with excellent chairside manners.

The role requires WA Active Dental Assistant and Radiology Certification, plus 2+ years of experience, strong communication, reliability, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in the State of Washington.
• 2 or more year(s) of Dental Assisting Experience isrequired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Reliability and punctuality
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
• Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
• Clean and set up treatment rooms
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
• Order and organize dental supplies
