Job summary

Johnson Family Dental is looking for a dedicated Travel Ortho Dental Assistant (DA) to work on Fridays across multiple locations in Florida. This role focuses on chairside assistance, patient education, and enhancing patient experiences.

The ideal candidate should be CPR certified and meet all state-specific credentialing requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team that values development and positive patient care.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency.
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams.
• Travel between supported office locations as needed.
