Job summary

42 North Dental in Nashua, NH is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support dentists and care teams. You’ll greet patients, prepare chairs, and provide chairside assistance during a range of procedures.

You will expose radiographs, deliver post-operative instructions, and uphold infection control standards while maintaining inventory and a positive patient experience. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• C.D.A. preferred.
• Possess required certifications, licensure or registration as required by state.
• Strong verbal skills.
• Embrace a positive team approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
• Expose radiographs and intra-oral pictures.
• Provide post operative instructions and patient education.
• Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain strict compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPA.
• Maintain dental supply inventory.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned.
• Must demonstrate strong teamwork as the providers assisted are subject to change dependent upon the practice needs.
