Job summary

Bright Now! Dental in Mentor, OH is seeking a motivated, patient-focused part-time Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. You will assist the doctor chairside, prep/sterilize rooms, take X-rays, and help manage patient flow while contributing to a positive patient experience.

We value teamwork and development, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities to grow within our Smile Brands network. This position pays $19–$25/hour with PTO and benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures.

Schedule (days/hours)

Mon, Tues, Wed 8-5, Th 8-5, Fr 8-2 and 1 Saturday a month.

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
