Job summary

Gentle Dental seeks Dental Assistants to join our Medford, OR team. Full- and part-time positions available with competitive hourly pay of $23.00–$27.00 DOE. You will support dentists, prepare instruments, and help ensure a smooth patient experience in a friendly, patient‑centered environment.

Qualified candidates include graduates of a Dental Assisting Program, CPR/BLS certified, and those with X-Ray certification or EFDA credentials. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and dental staff in clinical procedures as needed.
• Support patient flow and sterilization processes.
• Maintain dental records and ensure infection control compliance.
