Arena Dentistry in Mansfield, MA is seeking a motivated licensed Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The full-time position offers 35-40 hours per week and a patient-first approach. You will work chairside, handle sterilization and infection control, manage patient flow, and assist with lab procedures.

Looking for a licensed Dental Assistant to come join our Dental team.

We are looking for a candidate that is driven and wants to provide the best patient care.

Position is full time 35-40 hours per week

Essential Responsibilities (not a full list):

• Demonstrate complete knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, maintenance, and proper tray setups.
• Perform all chairside procedures efficiently.
• Understand and demonstrate proper sterilization, biohazard and infection control procedures in compliance with protocol.
• Efficiently direct patient flow through teamwork and communication.
• Perform all applicable lab procedures.
• Uphold a positive rapport with team members and patients at all times.
