Job summary

Advanced Dental Center Inc. on Taylorsville Road in Jeffersontown is opening a new location on Sept 1, 2026 and hiring Dental Assistants to train across our Louisville offices.

In a typical day, you’ll greet patients, review histories, take X-rays, assist on procedures, place temporaries, polish, chart notes, and help with checkout. We offer competitive pay with a monthly bonus, health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active KY EDDA / expanded-duties certification
• X-ray certification
• CPR / BLS certification
• Coronal polishing certification (preferred)
• Warm, patient-first attitude
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Willingness to train at Louisville locations through summer 2026, then transition to Jeffersontown

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with daily huddle and check-in

• Escort patients to checkout and turnover rooms

Advanced Dental Center is opening a brand-new location on Taylorsville Road in the heart of Jeffersontown on September 1st, 2026 and we're hiring our Dental Assistants now so you can train with us at one of our four existing Louisville offices.

A day at ADC

You'll start with a quick morning huddle, greet patients with a warm smile, review medical histories, and capture X-rays. Throughout the day you'll assist on restorative procedures, place temporaries, perform coronal polishing and sealants, chart notes accurately, walk patients to checkout, and turn the room. Things move — but they move with you, not over you.
