Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin - Janesville is seeking a capable Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice. You will support the Dentist with 4-handed dentistry, prep patients, sterilize instruments, and help maintain a comfortable clinical environment.

The role emphasizes patient service, accurate records, and coordination of office duties. A high school diploma is required; a state X-Ray license is preferred where law allows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.

• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office and preparing them for treatment.

• Sterilizing instruments according to regulations.
• Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
• Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
• Maintain a clean and stocked dental room.
• Work hours: Mon-Thu 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM–3:00 PM; no weekends.

Our office, Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin - Janesville, is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice.

We are looking for a talented and skilled Dental Assistant to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world-class specialty experience for every patient. Your Responsibilities

You will ensure excellent patient service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the Dentist’s shoulders. You will be focused on ensuring that the patients' needs, concerns, and questions are answered. You will help keep the patient relaxed and comfortable during their visit, being the patients go to resource during their visit which includes the following:

• Welcoming patients to the dental office
• Preparing patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort
• Selecting and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies
• Sterilizing instruments according to regulations
• Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keeping the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Scheduling appointments and post op visits
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Able to work Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. No weekends.

As one of the essential members of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

• An active state X-Ray license (if required by law) preferred
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment.
• Must be able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas.
• Must be able to maintain clinical positioning for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around medical equipment and instruments.
• Must be able to adhere to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
• Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations.
