Endodontic Associates of Irving is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in Irving, TX. This full-time position offers a schedule of Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 7:30 AM–1:00 PM, with no weekend work.

You will support endodontic procedures, take digital radiographs, and help maintain patient flow with a friendly, professional demeanor. Candidate must hold TX Dental Assistant certification and Radiology certification, have at least 2 years of experience, and

Responsibilities

• Take digital radiographs using standard equipment.
• Maintain doctor schedule with minimal patient wait times; stay present and prepared.
• Clean and prepare treatment rooms.
• Review charts before arrival and log patient data during exams.
• Order and organize dental supplies.

This is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of : Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Fridays, 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM. No work on the weekends!

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
• Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
• Clean and set up treatment rooms
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
• Order and organize dental supplies

Qualifications: Dental Assistant Qualifications:

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in the state of TX
• 2 or more year(s) of Dental Assisting Experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Reliability and punctuality
