Job summary

Elite Periodontics is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support our Aurora and other offices. No prior experience required, but a positive attitude is essential. Duties include chair-side assistance, presenting treatment plans, post-op instructions, sterilization, and patient comfort.

The role offers a stable schedule and growth opportunities in a private practice setting. Hours are typically 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills required for scheduling and patient records.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chair side assisting with patients.
• Presenting treatment plans to patients.
• Reviewing post-op instructions with patients.
• Sterilization of instruments and maintaining a clean environment.
• Ensure patient comfort during procedures and assist doctor.

We are Elite Dental Specialists - Periodontics, we specialize in gum surgeries and implants. We have six offices which we currently operate out of - Aurora, St. Charles, Naperville, Plainfield, Glen Ellyn and Burr Ridge.

This position would mainly consist of working at our Aurora location and one of our other 5 offices.

We are looking for Full time Assistants who will help us deliver our core values of empathy, efficiency, dedication and service with our patients. No experience is needed but a good attitude is key!

Dental Assistant responsibilities: Chair side assisting, presenting treatment plans, reviewing post-op instructions, sterilization, ensuring patient comfort and traveling is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
