Job summary

Greensboro Dental seeks an experienced Dental Assistant II to join our team. The role focuses on chairside support, patient education, and high-quality radiography with iTero scanning. Prior N2O certification is preferred, with functioning in a 4-handed dentistry setup.

Qualifications

• Experience taking impressions and scanning with iTero.
• Proficient charting of restorations.
• N2O certification is required or in progress.
• Taking high-quality x-rays and proper radiography techniques.
• Provide comprehensive patient education.
• Assist with various 4-handed dentistry procedures.
• Perform coronal polishing as part of chairside care.

Responsibilities

• Take impressions and perform iTero scans.
• Chart/restorations as directed by dentist.
• Take high-quality intraoral x-rays.
• Provide thorough patient education to patients.
• Assist with 4-handed dentistry procedures.
• Perform coronal polishing when indicated.
