Job summary

Cooley Station Dental Group is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. You will support dentists during procedures, maintain sterile rooms, and help deliver a welcoming, comfortable patient experience.

The ideal candidate has a dental assistant certification and strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive approach and attention to detail. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a PDS Health® supported practice.

Qualifications

• Must have necessary industry certifications and education.
• Strong time management and communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during all procedures and patient care.
• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Support patients to ensure comfort and explain procedures.
