Job summary

Dental Views is seeking a dependable Dental Assistant to support doctors and the clinical team while delivering an excellent patient experience. You will help maintain patient flow, prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, and uphold infection-control standards.

This role requires certification in radiography, CPR, and infection control, knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA, and the ability to travel between offices as needed.

Qualifications

• OSHA & HIPAA compliance knowledge required.
• Current Radiographic Certification required.
• CPR and Infection Control certifications required.
• Willingness to travel between offices as necessary.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during dental procedures.
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms.
• Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols.
• Take dental radiographs when appropriately licensed/certified.
• Review and prepare the schedule for upcoming procedures; ensure rooms, instruments, and materials are ready before treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation as assigned.
• Support patient education and treatment understanding.
• Help maintain efficient patient flow and minimize delays.
• Maintain inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, front office, and clinical team.
• Follow company policies and all applicable dental safety requirements.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and team huddles.
• Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager, Regional Manager, and/or Dentists.
