Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant in Missouri for a full-time position. You will assist during procedures, take dental x-rays, and help with setup, sterilization, and patient flow to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active license/permit as required by state; including x-ray certification if required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Monitor patient flow and handoffs within the practice.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on good oral hygiene practices.
• Assist with denture relines and temporary crowns as needed.
• Take impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support charting for doctors.
• Handle various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure patient satisfaction.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take dental x-rays
