Aspen Dental in Enfield, Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians, prepare operatory spaces, and ensure smooth patient flow. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and a team-focused, community-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; X-ray certification if required by state.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dental team and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies.
• Complete denture relines and manufacture temporary crowns.
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
