Job summary

Dedham Modern Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at this PDS Health supported practice. You will assist the dentist and contribute to the Perfect Patient Experience using proven modern technology.

Ideal candidates hold industry certifications, demonstrate strong time management, communication, and work well in a team. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 plus benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, 401K, tuition reimbursement, child care

Qualifications

• Dental assistant with relevant certification and education.
• Demonstrates knowledge of dental terminology and instruments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures and exams.
• Support a positive patient experience with excellent service.
• Maintain instrument setup, sterilization, and patient comfort.
• Operate modern dental technology as required.
