Job summary

Espire is seeking a dedicated dental assistant to support clinicians in a fast-paced practice. You will prepare patients, sterilize instruments, and assist with procedures while maintaining precise patient records and imaging workflows.

You will expose x-rays, guide post-procedure care, and support a team of dentists and hygienists. Training travel may be required as part of ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Experience with dental equipment and instruments.
• Familiar with Cerec, 3Shape, and intraoral scanning.
• Willing to travel for training and to use digital records.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for dental work and assisting procedures.
• Exposing dental x-rays and caring for x-ray equipment.
• Maintaining infection control by sterilizing instruments and setting up trays.
• Recording treatment information in patient records and histories.
• Assisting dentists in emergencies and with hygienists when needed.
