Diamond Braces in Belmar, NJ is hiring a full-time Dental Assistant (No License Required). If you're dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about helping patients, this is a great place to grow a career in orthodontics.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• No dental assistant license required; training provided.
• Experience with digital scanners is a plus.
• Orthodontic experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the orthodontist during patient treatment.
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments.
• Sterilizing instruments following OSHA standards.
• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photographs, and impressions.
• Entering accurate clinical notes into patient records.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with basic lab duties.
• Preparing and tracking laboratory cases.
• Keeping operatories clean, organized, and patient-ready.

What You'll Do

As an Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating confident smiles while supporting our orthodontists and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the orthodontist during patient treatment
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments

Experience Preferred

• At least 6 months of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting
• Orthodontic experience is a plus—but not required
• Experience with digital scanners is a plus

Work Schedule
