Job summary

DOCS Health is hiring Dental Assistants to support mobile dental missions for U.S. military service members. You will perform exams, treatment and X-rays primarily on weekends, with some limited weekday shifts in Texas as needed.

Responsibilities include providing dental services in a mobile environment, taking digital X-rays (BW & PANO), and sterilizing instruments. Active state DA certification, radiology certification, and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state dental assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA or EFDA).
• Active radiology certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification is mandatory.
• Comfortable with four-handed chair-side assisting in a mobile setting.
• Experience with sterilization and basic administrative tasks.
• Experience working with military preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services in a mobile environment.

• Sterilize instruments and maintain cross-contamination controls.

Attention all Dental Assistants, we are calling on you to partner with us to complete dental exams, treatment, and X-rays to our Military Service members.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Texas on an \"as needed basis\".

Requirements

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

• Provide dental services in a mobile environment.
• Provide Digital x-Rays (BW & PANO).
• Provide sterilization of instruments.

Requirements
