Job summary

Elite Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Assistant who shares our passion for patient care and a welcoming environment. You’ll support dentists and hygienists, educate patients, take X-rays, manage charting and sterilization, and help maintain treatment plans and records.

The role requires completion of a dental assisting program, radiology certification, and strong communication with the team. Experience with Dentrix and dental software is valued.

Qualifications

• Completion of a dental assisting program and state board certification.
• Radiology certification required for compliance.
• Dental assisting experience preferred.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software; Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists by charting, patient education, operatory setup and cleanup.
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment.
• Take and process X-Rays.
• Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files.
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance.

• Educate patients on the importance of their oral health and how it is best maintained

Qualifications

• Completion of a dental assisting program, certification as required by the State Dental Board
• Radiology certification required to be compliant with the State Dental Board
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with a dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members to create a great environment
