Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a clinical support member to greet patients and assist the dental team in daily office operations. You will help prepare patients, rooms, and educate patients on oral hygiene, contributing to excellent patient care and smooth clinic flow.

The role requires preparing treatment spaces, coordinating with clinicians, and supporting a positive patient experience on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications

• X-ray and CPR certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Tuesdays & Wednesday 7 am-6 pm
