Job summary

Fiber Materials Inc. in Biddeford, Maine seeks a Production Operator for our Densification team. You will load, monitor, and maintain high temperature equipment, read specifications, and record process data for traceability.

This role offers a rotating 4-on 4-off schedule from 5:45pm to 6:00am with pay starting at $25/hour plus shift differential. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum GED or High School Diploma.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Able to read, write and understand job specifications.
• Basic math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading, operate and monitor high temperature and high pressure equipment
• Inspect products to ensure specifications are met
• Perform mechanical maintenance of equipment
• Perform data calculations
• Recording of process data and manufacturing records for processes, parts and materials
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Opportunity to learn and apply Lean principles as part Continuous Improvement activities
