Job summary

RREMC Restaurants, Llc is seeking a customer-focused server in Roanoke, Virginia. You will welcome guests, take accurate orders, and deliver meals with efficiency while upselling specials and guiding menu choices.

You will engage guests to join loyalty rewards, handle payments, and coordinate with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure a smooth dining experience. Prior server or guest-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities
