Job summary

What You'll Do:

• Offer confident menu recommendations based on guest preferences
• Invite guests to join theDenny's Rewards Program, explaining benefits such as exclusive offers, birthday treats, and earning points toward free meals
• Process payments efficiently (cash, card, digital)
• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must be 18+
