Job summary

A Circle Of Love Home Care is seeking a caregiver to join our caregiver-first team in Atlanta. This role focuses on dementia care, with nurse-led mentorship and supportive scheduling to empower you in delivering compassionate home care.

The position requires at least 2 years of dementia care experience, a valid CNA or PCA credential (or willingness to obtain), and a commitment to client dignity and safety. Shift: Mon/Wed/Fri evenings; occasional Saturday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dementia care experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
• Active CNA license or PCA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Recent negative TB test.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift/transfer clients.
• Basic computer/app skills for daily charting and communication.
• Empathy, professionalism, and commitment to client dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing, toileting, and other ADLs.
• Monitor home ambulation and accompany client on walks.
• Serve meals and snacks as guided by family.
• Skin checks and dementia care tasks.
• Light housekeeping including cleaning and laundry.
