SYNERGY HomeCare of Silicon Valley is hiring caregivers with dementia experience for 4+ hour shifts, with the option to combine shifts for an 8-hour day. We provide paid advanced Dementia/Memory Care training and offer client matching to your preferences and location.

We seek caring professionals who are reliable, patient, and have strong communication skills, and who are registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with dementia is required.
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Shifts are typically 4 hour assignments and may be combined for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide dementia/memory care support to clients.
• Follow detailed care plans and document care performed.
• Communicate clearly with clients and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
