Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is hiring a Clare Bridge Caregiver to support residents with dementia through daily living activities, engagement, and compassionate care. You will assist with ADLs, participate in care planning, and document changes in residents’ condition, while ensuring safety and dignity in a supportive team environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some experience with dementia care; state regulations may apply for medication assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; experience with older adults preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's is preferred.
• Follow state regulations for medication assistance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers.
• Provide engagement and daily living activities per individual plan.
• Record observations and changes in resident condition for supervisor.
• Assist with medication distribution as allowed and per procedure.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team.
