Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a Dementia Care RN opportunity at Washington Healthcare Center in Indiana. You will provide resident-centered care, leverage your dementia expertise, and build meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

As an RN, you will assess, document changes in resident conditions, manage medications, and collaborate with the care team to promote physical and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
