Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Grove, OK is seeking a Demasking Operator to process parts according to shop work orders and drawings. You will follow instructions from your supervisor and ensure parts are handled with care to avoid damage.

The role requires accurate documentation, removal of shielding after processing, visual inspection of finished parts, touch up painting as needed, and safe handling of hazardous materials in compliance with state and federal rules.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months demasking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and work from drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Able to complete work orders and required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings.
• Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks.
• Ensure integrity of parts after processing (damage, scratches, etc.).
• Remove shielding once processing has been completed.
• Visually inspect parts to ensure the process has been completed correctly.
• Apply touch up paint to areas of concern.
• Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications.
• Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
