Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Demand Replenishment Support/Warehouse Associate for a 9:00 am–5:30 pm shift. You will verify products, assist with receiving and put-away, and participate in cycle counting to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, unpacking against orders, performing multiple pick methods, and operating a forklift or cherry picker as required. Competitive benefits and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• For level I roles, no warehouse experience is required but preferred.
• For level II roles, at least 1 year of forklift/machine operating experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify products to reduce errors during picking, cycle counting, put-away, and receiving to meet 100% customer satisfaction.
• Receive and store packages properly and ensure correct put-away.
• Maintain integrity of the cycle count process in inventory control.
• Load/unload to ensure safe handling of trucks/trailers.
• Unpack and check goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Perform pick functions across Paper Pick, Paperless Pick, and Parcel Batch Pick.
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift or cherry picker as needed.

About the Role:

Demand Replen Support - 9am - 5:30pm

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in our Logistics Center in a variety of ways, helping us to assure that our customers are getting their product in a timely, efficient manner. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of a team that works together to meet deadlines, always going above and beyond what is expected. We're excited to meet with you!

What Youl

• Verify products to reduce errors while picking/cycle counting/put away/receiving product properly to meet 100% customer satisfaction
• In receiving ensure that all packages are received properly and put away properly
• In inventory control ensure integrity of the cycle count process
• Loading/unloading ensure that trucks/trailers are handled appropriately
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices
• Complete pick functions encompassing all pick processes: Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, LTL Pick
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift
• Cherry Picker Experience a plus

What We’re Looking For:
